Professional Profile

Jason has 20 years' professional experience working on a wide range of
wastewater projects for municipalities and private sector clients. He has a
Bachelors degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Civil and Environmental
Engineering and Engineering and Public Policy. Jason is experienced in
wastewater treatment facility upgrades, collection system and pump stations
projects from the planning stages through construction and startup.

Town of Suffield, CT Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA) - Sanitary
Sewer Evaluation Survey (SSES). Project Manager for a targeted SSES for the
Suffield WPCA. The project includes CCTV inspection and smoke testing of 8,900
linear feet of sanitary sewer, dye testing to confirm suspected sources of
infiltration/inflow, building inspection of approximately 100 residences to inspect for
roof leaders and/or sump pumps and manhole inspections for all manholes within
the project area. The project is ongoing and design of recommended upgrades to
the sewer system is expected to begin early in 2021.

City of Quincy, MA - The Strand Pump Station Improvements. Project
Manager for the design of a replacement pump station for a low-lying coastal area
in Quincy, MA. The new pump station will be elevated to provide protection against
damage from flooding up to a 100-year flood event. This station serves both
wastewater and stormwater flows. Design included new wastewater and
stormwater pumps, a new generator, and new control building. Responsible for
permitting efforts with the Zoning Board of Appeals and Conservation Commission.

Town of Tewksbury, MA - Heather Row Pump Station Grinder Installation.
Project Manager for the design of a new grinder to be installed immediately
upstream of an existing pump station. Responsible for design of civil and process
equipment plans and specifications. Oversaw project during bidding and
construction administration.
