3-Ton Capacity Dry Well Hoist and Bridge Crane Motorization w/ Optional Laser Zoning
> (1) 3-ton capacity wire rope hoist to be installed on existing Cleveland Tramrail bridge crane.
Note: Removal of existing hoist included. Acco Hoist Model # C1W03D041-15M2D0, 460/3/60
> Available hoist lift = 45’.
>» Hoist speed = single speed, 15 FPM.
> Trolley speed = single speed, 33 FPM.
>» (2) Tractor drives to be mounted on existing bridge. Saturn Tractor Drives Model # T-144
> Bridge speed = 35/12 FPM, VFD control.
> Complete stainless steel c-track cross-bridge festoon system approx. 25’.
> 8-button hoist mounted push button control.
> Installation included.
> Disconnect and power to crane by others.
> Crane start-up and operational testing included.
> Load test included. (Load test of 125% of rated capacity as outlined in ANS! standards B30.16
and B30.17.) Load test documentation to be provided.
