Professional Experience: Over 30 years in the analytical and environmental laboratory industry with
proficient experience in virtually every aspect of instrumental analysis, sample preparation, bench
chemistry, management, as well as corporate executive experience and responsibilities. Maximizing
profit through continuous improvement techniques, profit and loss, project management, analytical
instrumentation operation, instrument troubleshooting and repair, maintaining federal and state
certifications such as TNI-NELAC, IS017025, GMP, CPSC, MADEP, NLLAP, and A2LA, 310 CMR,
and NYDOH. Company start up experience, business acquisitions, quality control and assurance,
Experience with supervision and direction of over 100+ employees at a time, leadership and teamwork
building, research, development and implementation of several analytical methods.

Chemical analysis of drinking water, wastewater, groundwater and solids for inorganic and organic
constituents as well as microbilogy. Precious metals recovery, private research projects, expert
testimony, Consumer product testing (CPSIA & CA Prop. 65), RoHS compliance testing and consulting.

SPEACILTIES:

Technical Specialties: Proficient with the following instrumental techniques — ICP-AES, ICP-MS, lon
Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, GC/MS, HPLC, UV/VIS Spectrophotometer, Flame and
graphite furnace atomic absorption, Microbiology, PCM asbestos, and TEM asbestos.

Other Specialties: Authoring standard operating procedures plus quality systems manuals, internal and
external auditing, full knowledge of TNI-NELAC, ISO 17025, A2LA, NYSDOH, NLLAP, GLP, ELPAT
and AIHA certification standards and procedures. Consultant for multiple environmental and industrial
hygiene laboratories to help improve profit margins and achieve or maintain their accreditation's. He
has performed numerous on site assessments for The Department of Defense, Department of Energy,
TNI and |1SO17025 contract assessor for ANSI/ANAB and A2LA.
