And, of course, since we weren’t planning for this, there are no funds budgeted for those stipends, no City
money. So we’ve been trying to get them qualified for the GOFFER Funds as a plan b if the State is not going
to provide the stipends to the Public Health Employees. Anyone else on this, or anything else? Alright, well

Are there any questions or comments on the Record of Expenditures? Alderwoman Lu?

Is there anyone there that can point out, | think some of our City COVID-19 Relief has been provided to some
of our small businesses by this time. And | wonder if | could just get some enlightenment on what account that
comes out of?

This would be the COVID-19 Impact Fund, those funds have been authorized for loans to small businesses.
Mr. Griffin, the CFO, is on the call or on the meeting. Could you identify which account those funds are issued
from?

Mr. Mayor, thank you. John Griffin, CFO. It is my understanding that some of the funds that Alderwoman Lu
was talking about have not been issued yet. But | can certainly provide to the Finance Committee worksheets
that spell out the intended recipient of the funds and instead of looking at the Record of Expenditures.
Because the Record of Expenditures is just going to show the checks that have been issued during a period of
time. So if you would like Mr. Mayor, | can get that information and send it out to you and the Members of the
Finance Committee.
