You might ask what is a grinder. | do know that. It is like a disposal in your drain. It grinds stuff up before the
solid material hits the pump so that it doesn’t damage the pump as it goes through. It’s in front of the pump. It
grinds up any solid material into smaller particles before it hits the pump.

Just confirming before we vote. It’s a three year contract - $14,550 annually. So we’re only expending the
$14,550 this year.
