Pursuant to § 5-84 Special purchase procedures A. (3) Purchases which can be procured through
cooperative intergovernmental purchase agreements with other governmental jurisdictions.
The Wastewater Department Operations Supervisor, Board of Public Works (11/21/2016 meeting) and
the Purchasing Department recommend this purchase in an amount of $138,600 to H.P. Fairfield of
Pembroke, NH.
