Exhibit F- Execution Plan

Alarm event occurs at the generator.

Alarm status is sent via email from the customers BMS system or alternate remote
monitoring system to Milton CAT specific email address chp_alarms@miltoncat.com
Customer follows up the email with a phone call from their control center or directly from
site operator. Out of hours 508 962 2513. Business hours 508 636 6223.

The Milton CAT project manager may need to contact the Nashua Wastewater Treatment
Department Superintendent, David Boucher (603-589-3562) to observe site
conditions valve position, pump running, oil leak etc.

Once the fault has been cleared and generator unit is deemed ready for operation the
project manager will contact the Nashua Wastewater Treatment Department
Superintendent, David Boucher to start the generator.

If the generator is unable to be re-started, then the Milton CAT project manager will
schedule a technician to site within the response time parameters specified in section 5
of PGE contract.

The Milton CAT project manager will contact the Superintendent, David Boucher
(603-589-3562) and communicate the path forward. An email containing a brief work
plan will be sent to Superintendent ,David Boucher (BoucherD@NashuaNH.gov) .
The Milton CAT technician will call the Superintendent, David Boucher
(603-589-3562) to establish access to the generator.

The Milton CAT technician will attend site and park at the generator and report to station
operator.

The Fault will be evaluated by the Milton CAT technician and appropriate measures will
used to correct the fault/ alarm

The Milton CAT project manager will provide the site Superintendent ,David Boucher
(BoucherD@NashuaNH gov) with a summary email containing the service report and
brief description of events.
