Thank you. Nice job, everybody.

| just wanted to clarify a little bit of Public Health. This grant and then the 199 one that was for STD workforce
development and COVID. Like if ever we needed a comment, it was STD, and workforce development, and COVID-19,
and particularly STDs have become an increasing problem over the past few years. Probably partly because of our
isolation in COVID and that kind of thing. But one of the things that the Public Health Department noted was that there's a
surge in syphilis. So we're bringing back some blast from the past and | would just urge the public to be cautious in your
decision making.

were received after the agenda was prepared.

| feel a need to object but I'm not sure because I'm not sure why these are being brought in under suspension?

Thank you, Madam President. The reason for the request for the suspension is that this is something that has a real time
crunch on it. There is a current development plan in place for this property. When the developer spoke, he mentioned
that if the city wanted to buy it, he would step back. Since then he has come back. He said he still would step back but
