This is one of several pieces of legislation this evening that we've been asked to do a second reading on. Its public health. All
these have to do with immunizations, HIV prevention, tuberculosis. There's no matching funds for these grants but these
grants do have to go before the Governor and Council on their December 7‘ meeting and that's why they're asking for a
second reading this evening. There is no local match required for these. Like | said, they are tuberculosis, HIV,
immunizations, COVID-19, lead poisoning. So I'd like to have a second reading this evening. So to suspend the rules to allow
for a second reading.
