Review Committee meeting held Monday, November 22, 2021 regarding Resolutions R-21-180, R-21-186, R-21-
188, R-21-190, R-21-191, and R-21-192.

Yes, we had a meeting of the Budget Committee last night and on the reference Resolutions R-21-180 Approving the
Cost Items of a Sidebar Memorandum of Agreement Between the City of Nashua Board of Fire Commissioners and the
Nashua Firefighters Association IAFF Local 789 Regarding Military Duty Pay. That passed the Budget Committee
unanimously. On R-21-186 Relative to the Rescinding of Authorized Unissued Debt. That also passed unanimously. On
R-21-188 Authorizing a One Time Stipend to Board of Public Works Retirement System Retirees as requested by the
Board of Public Works Retirement System Board of Trustees, that was tabled waiting for a formal approval motion from
the Board of Public Works Retirement System Board of Trustees. R-21-190 which is Relative to the Supplemental
Appropriation of $3,650,000 of FY22 Unanticipated Revenue into the Division of Public Works Office Facility Capital
Project. That was approved unanimously. R-21-191 Changing the Purpose of $2 Million of Unexpected Bond Proceeds
