Thank you. | wanted to ask why recommendation of Finance Committees is expected on this item. | know that we're
taking the cart ahead of the horse with this. We had a meeting cancelled last week because a couple of the members of
the Finance Committee had something else to do. So we haven't discussed this in committee and | just, | mean, if this
was agreeable to everyone and the last item was agreeable to everyone then perhaps we should just do away with the
Finance Committee.
