Class A Biosolids: $5.0 million
Siphons Repair: $2.0 million
Green Infrastructure for Stormwater Control: $3.0 million
Sewer Infrastructure Program: $30.4 Million ($6 million annually)
Tertiary Treatment (Nutrient Removal and Storage Facility): $5-25 million
These expenditures are REQUIRED to replace aging equipment and infrastructure that keep the City in
compliance with its environmental permits issued by the US Environmental Protection Agency to avoid
costly fines due to permit violations as a result of failed infrastructure.
