This is the full contract. | think what we voted on was just a part ofthis contract that the Mayor sent. Is that your
recollection?

| don’t recall exactly what was tabled at the last meeting but | think this is something different. This is a contract for
the construction of, although Dave Boucher who’s the Superintendent is on here. It’s forthe reconstruction of 7 pump
Stations.

The item that was table at the last meeting was the construction for Phase Il ofthe pump station upgrade project in
the amount not to exceed — just trying to look real quickly here — it is the same exact amount but the reason why we
tabled it was because we believed that the actual amount for that particular thing was only 200 (inaudible) but | think
that’s why we tabled that one. It was like $232,000. If! could just quickly find it.

We never got clarification on — we never got anything rectifying that curious situation from the last Board meeting,
correct?
