Yes. This was approved by the Budget Committee and there are several items on it that are very critical to the city and
recommend final passage.

| had a question. First of all, if if the Board does not approve this, what can be done with those funds?
President Wilshire
They would lapse to the general fund.

And that means they would become available?
President Wilshire
Yes.

Okay. Alright. So | have a couple of items that | wanted to just discuss. Can | continue?

So the Mayor and | sat down and | studied these escrows and there were some of them that | just thought were worth
mentioning or questioning. But of course, they're all on four sheets of paper. But the items that we're looking at for
approval, | am questioning line number 31 that calls for $75,000 for an Elm Street Middle School study. The reason I'm
objecting to that is that that was already appropriated in one of the Mayor's approvals on line 50. | can tell you the page if
you'd like but let me know if anyone needs that information.
