There being no objection, President Wilshire suspended the rules to allow for the oral report of the Human Affairs
Committee meeting held Monday night regarding Resolution R-21-161.
Alderwoman Kelly
Thank you President Wilshire. We met last night in the Chamber. Director Bagley came and spoke on this piece of
legislation. It is additional funds grant money for two years to help with the enhanced detection of COVID-19. So you can
understand the need to expedite this and their plan is to use the money obviously for some day to day things but bring on
a couple of full time employees who can help the department as they're working through the pandemic.

CONFIRMATION OF MAYOR’S APPOINTMENTS
Historic District Commission
There being no objection, President Wilshire confirmed the following appointment from alternate to member to
the Historic District Commission: William Slivinski, 46 Berkeley Street, Nashua, with a term to expire June 30,
2022.

Zoning Board of Adjustment
There being no objection, President Wilshire confirmed the following reappointments to the Zoning Board of
Adjustment: Jean-Paul Boucher, 8 Foxmeadow Road, Nashua, and Rob Shaw, 14 Sweet William Circle, Nashua
with terms to expire September 11, 2024.
