MOTION BY ALDERMAN DOWD TO ACCEPT THE PETITION FOR STREET LAYOUT - 44
BUCKMEADOW ROAD AS READ, REFER IT TO THE NASHUA CITY PLANNING BOARD AND THAT A
PUBLIC HEARING BE SCHEDULED 30 DAYS AFTER THE REQUIRED NOTICES ARE SENT TO THE
PARTIES, BY ROLL CALL

This is part of the Middle School Development Program and it is particularly the new Middle School where we
are constructing the road to access the new Middle School and this is referred to cross some T’s and dotting
the I’s. This road has been laid out by Hayner Swanson Harriman and the City Engineer so everyone that
needed to get an input into how the road should be laid has done that. And | ask you to support this, by roll
call.
