1.0 Introduction
TRC is an internationally recognized service company, and has expertise in all aspects of air quality,
environmental liability consulting, pollution engineering, and landfill monitoring. We have extensive
experience with indoor air sampling, vapor intrusion studies, and landfill gas sampling including sampling of
the Shady Lane Landfill and New Searles Elementary School over the past 3 years.

or completion of the contract.

Independent Contractor agrees to assist disadvantaged business enterprises in obtaining
business opportunities by identifying and encouraging disadvantaged suppliers,
consultants, and sub consultants to participate to the extent possible, consistent with their
qualification, quality of work, and obligation of Independent Contractor under this
contract.

FISCAL CONTINGENCY All payments under this contract are contingent upon the
availability to the City of Nashua of the necessary funds. This contract shall terminate and
the City of Nashua's obligations under it shall be extinguished at the end of any fiscal year
in which the City of Nashua fails to appropriate monies for the ensuing fiscal year sufficient
for the performance of this contract.
