5. DISCOVERY OF CONFLICTS, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, AMBIGUITIES, OR DISCREPANCIES,

2. SERVICE PROVIDER STATUS AND PROVISION OF WORKERS’ COMPENSATION COVERAGE. The
