| agree with my colleague Alderman Cookson’s desire to wait because it would be helpful to allow people to
review the written minutes. | know Assistant Chief Rhodes gave some testimony which | think people would
find valuable. Personally, | could repeat the remarks | made but | don’t think that’s a complete picture of
anything. The process would be better served by allowing the minutes to be made available and just address
this at the next full Board meeting.

Delivery. We didn’t realize we had some extra money. When they tallied it up, we had some money left over
so we wanted to come to a zero balance.

Then we put money back into the grant administration and grant delivery.
