Given our recent move forward, | think we should extend the deadline and maybe there shouldn't be one. |
think as | understand it, if we are correct that Aldermanic confirmation is not required, | simply will send a
memo to the Board of Aldermen. | can tell you that my intention is to appoint Dan Kelly, who is here, as my
representative, and to appoint Bette Lasky and Carl Seidel. As soon as we get to it, | will send you a memo to
that effect.

A regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen was held Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. in the
Aldermanic Chamber.

President Brian S. McCarthy presided; City Clerk Patricia Piecuch recorded.
Prayer was offered by City Clerk Patricia Piecuch; Alderman Richard A. Dowd led in the Pledge to the Flag.

The roll call was taken with 14 members of the Board of Aldermen present; Alderman Cookson arrived after roll call
at 8:08 p.m.

Mayor Jim Donchess and Corporation Counsel Steven A. Bolton were also in attendance.
