There being no objection, President McCarthy declared the report of the January 17, 2018, Finance
Committee accepted and placed on file.

A regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen was held Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in the
Aldermanic Chamber.

President Brian S. McCarthy presided; City Clerk Patricia Piecuch recorded.

Prayer was offered by City Clerk Patricia Piecuch; Alderwoman-at-Large Shoshanna Kelly led in the Pledge
to the Flag.

The roll call was taken with 15 members of the Board of Aldermen present.
Corporation Counsel Steven A. Bolton was also in attendance.

In two weeks at our next Board of Aldermen meeting, | won’t be present. | will be traveling to Honduras with
Be the Change. | will try to call in but last time it was pretty spotty so | just wanted to advice everyone in
advance.
