A special meeting of the Board of Aldermen was held Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at 7:28 p.m. in the
Aldermanic Chamber.

President Lori Wilshire presided; City Clerk Patricia D. Piecuch recorded.

Prayer was offered by City Clerk Patricia D. Piecuch; Alderman Linda Harriott-Gathright led in the Pledge to
the Flag.

The roll call was taken with 13 members of the Board of Aldermen present; Alderman Gidge and Alderman
Clemons were recorded absent.

the fireworks were this year and everything seemed to run very smoothly. So a shout out to Nick and his
staff. And also the Spartans who also put on a fantastic show and are going to be performing ina
competition in Manchester later in the month. Thank you.

to the assessors each month. And yearly we run a single report; and one of them | can’t remember which
one is excel format. So then | scratch my head learning that last week and saying why don’t | get an XL
formatted report. I’ve sort of complained to you guys that these PDF files are brutal to work with and you
can’t do anything with the data. So if the administration has data in Excel form, send it to us that way. Don’t
lock us down with data that is useless.
