even debate it.

We pulled it out of Committee, where we would have talked to it and if it wasn’t talked to we would table it
and they haven't spoken on it. So if they are not prepared to speak on it, | want to move to table because |
want to know what their point of view is before we even talk about this.

Thank you. So President Wilshire | think my question here is | also wasn’t sure whether we were going to
vote on this this evening, it seems like we are willing to do that. But! feel like we have a very big missing
piece that we haven't really heard anything, | thought we would hear something from the Public Health
Board in terms of their recommendation and any information they have.
