No, we haven’t amended it yet and we’ve got to amend the amendment.

Ok. So we have two amendments at this point. We have the amendment with the goldenrod copy and we
have the amendment to remove Section C10 on Page 2.

If we address the C10 first then we can approve the goldenrod copy with that change.

to a Committee Meeting. And as | have told many people on many occasions when something is tabled in
a Committee and it goes to that Committee, it can be brought up. And in this instance it was and it got a
unanimous approval at the Committee. So | think we should not refer it back to the Committee.
