The City of Nashua ordains that Part | “Administrative Legislation”, Chapter 5

Business”, Section 5-14, “Order of Business”, of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be
hereby further amended by deleting the struck-through language, adding the new underlined

RESOLUTION R-22-057

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of
Nashua that the Round Four CDBG-CV CARES Act funding in the amount of $168,968 shall be
allocated according to the recommendations of the Human Affairs Committee as voted upon at
its August 2022 meeting; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be, and hereby is, authorized to execute
all understandings, assurances, and agreements, as required therein.
