The City of Nashua ordains that Part Il “General Legislation”, Chapter 320 “Vehicles
and Traffic”, Articie XIII “Night Parking” Section 320-78.1 “Overnight on-street parking
program in designated downtown areas”, subsection E of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as
amended, be and hereby is further amended by adding the following new underlined language in
the appropriate alphabetical order:

In the Year Two Thousand and Twenty-One
The City of Nashua ordains that Part Il “General Legislation”, Chapter 320 “Vehicles
and Traffic’, Article X “Parking Time Limits in Non-Parking-Lot Areas”, Section 320-37 “One-
hour parking”, of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended. be hereby further amended by
deleting the struck-through language as follows:
“§ 320-37. One-hour parking.

PURPOSE: Moving the location of a no parking zone on the west side of
Concord Street at its intersection with Mount Pleasant Street
