Debt Schedule — TIF Revenue

Treasurer Fredette will go through his
model in more detail, but essentially —- we
will need to generate $1,037,073 to cover
the level principle and interest on the 30
year bond (this Is at a 2.75% interest rate)

The TIF dollars will begin at $1.1M and over
the course of 30 years at a 2.5% growth
trajectory will end with $2.2M (During the
course of the bond there will be available
capacity for maintenance)
