To the board of aldermen:
As a citizen of Nashua, | would not like to see the barriers on Main Street. It was a great fix for the restaurants
when they could not function at full capacity but now that they are able to work at full capacity, we do not need
the outdoor dining.
Do these barriers go against the ADA? I don't know .. . has the BOA ever looked into it in terms of going
against the ADA? I am going to reach out to the ADA directly and perhaps there will be more to come on that
front.
As a whole [ would kindly ask the Nashua BOA to consider my thoughts particularly when it comes to the input
from NPD/NFD and the lack of handicap parking and not allow this to continue!
