| fully support the barriers on Main Street, and fully support outdoor dining. | feel the argument of having safe passage
for emergency vehicles is a red herring that is being used to stop outdoor dining. Can we counter that argument?

It pains me to leave downtown, but I fear I am not going to be the only one making this decision if these barriers
go back up. I urge you to reconsider this decision and to let downtown go back to the way it was before Covid;
