3. BIDDER QUESTION:
Question: A question was raised at the pre-bid meeting proposing changes to the
temporary pavement patch detail.

Answer: The City has decided that the details and construction requirements for
temporary pavement patch shall remain as indicated on the plans.

4. INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS:

The Deadline for Vendor Questions is changed from Tuesday February 01, 2022 at
10:00am to Thursday, February 03, 2022 at 10am.

In addition, Pay Item IJ shall include the following work related to the Pennichuck
Water Works (PWW) requirements for the shut down and proposed sewer crossing of
the existing 16-inch diameter water main as follows:

The Contractor shall submit a detailed Work Plan, Traffic Control Plan (TCP),
and a Schedule for review and approval by the City and PWW at least three (3)
weeks in advance of the work.
