question | am going through Testimony in Favor, then Opposition, then in Favor again, then in Opposition
again. | think if | am not mistaken, we have 29 people on so. | am going to ask them to try to keep their
comments between 3 and 5 minutes and | will have a timer. So | am going to look at the participant list and
