Contract Costing
The purpose of this communication is to transmit two additional costings related to this
agreement. As you know, the New Hampshire Retirement System (NHRS) has certified and
issued new employer rates that will become effective in FY2022. As part of the costings that
you have received along with the proposed legislation, I placed a footnote at the bottom of the
costing worksheet indicating the estimated increase in NHRS pension cost in FY2022 and
FY2023. As the NHRS employer rates are known at this time, I have included the pension cost
impacts within the body of the costings.
