| think you all got the presentation that | put together on the elements of the Purchase & Sale Agreement. |
did want to clarify that the monies for the acquisition of this property have already been appropriated in the
bond for the Middle School Project, so there’s no additional funding required. This passed the Planning
Board, and the PEDC and the Joint Special School Building Committee unanimously. So if there are any
additional questions, I’d be more than willing to answer them.
