-add more or new bereavement time for niece, nephew, step-parents, spouse’s step-parents
Article 26: Clothing Allowance
-FY20 and FY21: increase from $600 to $650 per year
-FY22 forward: increase from $650 to $700 per year
Article 28: Military Duty Pay
-incorporate existing Memorandum of Agreement for reservists called into active duty
Article 31: Educational Assistance
-FY21 forward: increase possible increased amount from $500 to $1,000.
Article 32: Insurance
-incorporate current HDHP w/HSA terms into CBA, including language about 2 installments and
proration
-possible 0.5% wage increases in FY22 and FY23 based on health insurance enrollment (also
noted in Article 13)
