I'd like to speak on that. At this time I’d like to move to amend O-19-037 with the version that is on
your desk marked “amended” and I’d like to speak about that. So this all started with an Ordinance
that | asked the Legal Department to draft; this started when | saw the City of Keene adopted an
Ordinance raising the age at which to buy tobacco products from 18 to 21. | found out that the State
Law that makes the tobacco age currently 18 had a provision in it that allowed local cities and towns to
