Suia facade easement is limited and defined cs follows:
A. The architectural integrity of suid building shall
be preserved without aodification and no suostarntial enange
to tre facude of the Building shell be made unless and until
tne lity of iashua, by its Zoning Board, has reviewed and
aporoved plans and specifications oz such change, routine
repeirs and maintenance excepted.
BE. This grant shall not restrict the right of the Crantor,
his heirs, successors end assigms, to decorate and or renodel
the interior as he may deem appropriate,
C. In the event the building is destroyed, or damazed
to the extent that cost of repairs will exceed fifty percent
of the market value or replacement cost of the building,
whichever is less, by fire, collapse or otuer calamity, this
facade easement shall terminate and be extinguished
