STREET ACCEPTANCE
TO THE HONORABLE BGARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE Ci7Y OF NASHUA:
Pursuant to the Nashua Revised Ordinances, Chapter 285, Article II], Sections 21-22, the
undersigned requests that the following described portion of:
Serenity Lane
be accepted for public use and maintenance:
A certain parcel of land situated in the City of Nashua, County of Hillsborough, State of
New Hampshire, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin on the westerly line of land of Barrington Village Condominium
Association (“Lot ‘B’ Map 56”) at the southwest corner of the within described parcel;
thence
N74°05’27’W a distance of 3.68 feet to a stone bound; thence
Northwesterly along a curve to the right having a radius of 175.00 feet, a delta angle of
63°19'38”, and an arc length of 193.42 feet to a MAG nail; thence
Northwesterly along a curve to the left having a radius of 25.00 feet, a delta angle of
49°52’26”", and an arc length of 21.76 feet to a MAG nail; thence
Northerly, Easterly, and Southerly along a curve to the right having a radius of 60.00 feet,
a delta angle of 287°32’50”, and an arc length of 301.12 feet to a stone bound; thence
Southwesterly along a curve to the left having a radius of 25.00 feet, a delta angle of
61°35'28", and an arc length of 26.87 feet to a stone bound; thence
Southeasterly along a curve to the left having a radius of 125.00 feet, a delta angle of
59°24'33”, and an arc length of 129.61 feet to a stone bound; thence
S74°05'27’E a distance of 3.68 feet to an iron pin on the westerly line of land Lot ‘B’ Map
56; thence
$15°54’33"W along said line of Lot ‘B’ Map 56, also being the westerly terminus of an
existing 50 foot wide Utility and Access Easement, a distance of 50.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
Meaning and intending to describe a portion of Serenity Lane as shown on plan entitled
“Subdivision Plan (Map ‘B’ Lot 57, Monis Farms Estates (Ext.), Serenity Lane, Nashua,
New Hampshire“, Prepared for/Record Owner: Etchstone Properties, Inc., dated 7 Oct
2015 with revisions through 1/26/16, prepared by Hayner/Swanson, Inc., recorded in the
HCRD as Plan # 38863.
