STREET ACCEPTANCE
TO THE HONORABLE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF NASHUA:
Pursuant to the Nashua Revised Ordinances, Chapter 285, Article Ill, Sections 21-22, the
undersigned requests that the following described portion of:
Bancroft Street
be accepted for public use:
A certain parcel of land situated in the City of Nashua, County of Hillsborough, State of New Hampshire being shown as “Bancroft
Street” (Limit of Public Acceptance) within Lot 51 and “Bancroft Street” on plan entitled ““As-Built and Acceptance Plan, Map 40, Lot
51 and Bancroft Street, Nashua, New Hampshire”, Record Owner: City of Nashua, dated January 29, 2019, as revised by
Hayner/Swanson, Inc. and further bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a railroad spike at the intersection of the northerly sideline of Bridge Street with the easterly sideline of existing Bancroft
Street; thence
$78°08°10"W by said sideline of Bridge Street a distance of 77.19 feet to an iron pin on the southerly sideline of existing Bancroft
Street at land of Riverside Properties of Nashua, Inc. (Tax Map 40, Lot 38); thence
N34°30’29"W by said sideline of existing Bancroft Street, by said Lot 38 a distance of 639.73 feet to a spindle at the northerly
terminus of existing Bancroft Street; thence
N53°12732”E by said terminus of existing Bancroft Street, by said Lot 38 a distance of 40.03 feet to an iron pin on the easterly sideline
of existing Bancroft Street; thence
$34°30°29"E by said sideline of Bancroft Street, by land of the City if Nashua (Tax Map 40, Lot 51) a distance of 106.00 feet to an
iron pin; thence
N62°47°46"E through said Lot 51 a distance of 71.02 feet to an iron pin at land of Residences at Riverfront Landing Limited
Partnership (Tax Map 40, Lot 50); thence
$28°22°13”E a distance of 175.49 feet to an iron pin; thence
N61°35’21”E a distance of 8.00 feet to a drill hole in a concrete walk; thence
