A PUBLIC HEARING BE SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2019, AT 7:00 PM IN THE
ALDERMANIC CHAMBER

ON THE QUESTION
Alderman Klee

Yes many of the members weren't here for the presentation before and | would like to make some
comments of something that got clarified while we were there. At the Personnel Committee | had
mentioned that it was three-step process; one being put on the ballot; one getting the State to approve the
licenses for the individual organizations, | believe there’s 10; and the last would be the BOA approval. The
last part is incorrect, the approval will come through the normal licensing process of any business.
