A. Accrual Date:
Adjust language. Accrued for any month in which the individual has been
employed on the 15" of the month.
C, Full-Time Employees:
0-4 years of continuous service: from 11 to 13 days per year
5-9 years of continuous service: from 15 to 17 days per year

3. 10-14 years of continuous service: from 22 to 24 days per year
4, 15-19 years of continuous service: from 24 to 25 days per year
5
20-29 years of continued service: 29 days per year (no change)
6. NEW: 30+ Years or more of continued service: 30 days per year
Add pre-approved 9/17/18 Sidebar regarding vacation accrual credit.
Add Full-Time employees who work 35 hours and over and up to 40 hours
per week shall receive prorated vacation leave benefits.
