| am currently the Director of Animal Care Services at the Humane Society for Greater Nashua. | amin my 10th
year with the Humane Society. My background was in Criminal Law as Paralegal prior to working with animals.
My Paralegal studies where completed at Franklin Pierce University in 1987,

When | started to work with the Humane Society for Greater Nashua, | enrolled in Cambridge University and
studied Ethology (Science of Animal Behavior). In addition, | am a Certified Rabies Educator and Certified in
Disaster Animal Relief through the NH D.A.R.T. program. | do have many other continue education certificates
in Animal Behavior and Animal Sheltering best practices.

At the Humane Society, | am currently a member and chairperson of several committees, | am the Chairperson
of the Safety Committee. | sit on the Education Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee.
Additionally, | am on the Advisory Committee for the Alvirne High Schools Vet Science Program,

| was involved in the creation of some of our community-based programs for our low income or in need
Nashua residents, which includes, our low cost Community Spay/Neuter Program and Vaccine Clinics, Safety
Net Program which enables those in dire situations assistance with their animals including but not limited to
domestic violence issues, vet care, fostering to mention a few.

In addition to the community-based programs, | have also assisted in creation of several new programs for the
animals housed with us and a new training program for our Animal Care Staff and Volunteers working with our
animals. The Behavior Manager and I have also worked to create a Behavior, Training, and Enrichment
Program for our cats, dogs, and small animals. The shelters Enrichment Programs provide animals in shelter a
much better quality of life while staying with us.

Personally, | own a farm in Bedford NH and have raised livestock including, goats, chickens, cows, rabbits ete
and have owned many domestic pets over the past 25 years. | have advised on horses and goats at Charming
»Fare in Candia NH and have assisted/volunteered in various local 4H programs.
