general? It gives us money for the Health Department. | didn’t mean to stump everybody sorry.
Alderman O’Brien

If | may, you did, it is on my docket to be read but basically what it is relative to the acceptance of
appropriation $25,000.00 from JSI Research and Training Institute into the Public Health and
Community Services Grant Activity, Fiscal year20 Environmental Health Tracking. So! am sure it helps

the Health Department in their community work, unless somebody has a better explanation.

Alderwoman Melizzi-Golja

| believe at our Human Affairs Committee meeting and Alderman Caron may be able to help me, this is
a continuation of the money that the Health Department has been receiving to follow specifically lead
poisoning and looking at the tracking of where incidents are and the cleanup and providing blood lead
testing for members of the community. | believe they are not only doing outreach by then also the
blood lead testing they are doing in the clinic.

Alderman Lopez

Thank you.

ON THE QUESTION

Alderwoman Melizzi-Golja

| just have to say | think it’s great we are purchasing a Leaf, even if it is used. | remember many years
ago going to the car show in New York and the prototype was there and the whole body was see-

through so you could see how it worked. And | thought it was a great car, so | am glad we are going to
be owning one.
