gone through this. Those communities, if it wasn’t clear, Manchester, Haverhill, Berlin, Franklin and
Nashua. So these were the communities around the State that the Active Recreation Workgroup a few
years ago identified as having socioeconomic indicators that showed that they were a little bit more
vulnerable for these classic indicators of not a thriving wealthy community.

That pretty much wraps up our presentation. | am sorry again that we are not the children from the
Boys & Girls Club. But if you’ve got questions, we’d be happy to answer them.

President Wilshire

Well you did a wonderful presentation. So we thank you and the students who couldn't be here, but we
appreciate the work, this is awesome, really good stuff. Thank you so much.

Alderman Lopez

| actually have a question for the President, but | guess also the presenters, because this is about
hearing children’s voice, could we as a Board make an effort to go to where they are? Because we
have had Aldermanic meetings in other locations before, we are planning a special meeting. So if they
are willing to host us, why wouldn’t we just have a special meeting there so that they could present to
us directly without them having to transport themselves?

President Wilshire

That sounds like a great idea. Maybe we can work that out. Anyone else? Thank you very much. We
really appreciate you coming before us this evening.

President Wilshire

Lexie came before us last November and did a presentation on her volunteer work with the homeless.
She is here tonight to give us an update on what she has been doing since them. So welcome.

Alexis Durant Thank you. Hi, | am Alexis Durant as Lori has told. | just wanted to kind of update the
Aldermen on what we have done since the last time we met in November of last was we have had three
fundraisers. One was at Life Care Center of Nashoba Valley in Massachusetts. The other was at Life
Care Center in Auburn also in Massachusetts. This year we have decided to not only help out Harbor
Homes two group homes but also Marguerites Place and Bridges.

We have fundraising happening now actually at Jenny the Groomers on Amherst Street. We also have
a fundraiser on December 7" from noon to 6 at Palm Square. The details will be on the fliers we are
passing out. At that we will have a silent auction, with the silent auction will be two Bruins Tickets, A
Ride Along for 2 people with Nashua Police and Breakfast with the Fire Chief and breakfast with our
Mayor. There are many things happening, we are sure to please everyone, young and young at heart.
There’s also a fundraiser happening December 14" and 21° at Life Care Center of Auburn in
Massachusetts. We hope you all can attend on December 7" at Palm Square.

President Wilshire
That’s exciting with everything you have been doing, that is really impressive.

Ms. Durant Thank you. Are there any questions?
