I'd like to speak to my proposal. First I’d like to apologize to the two folks that worked very hard with me to
build this Ordinance. After speaking with members of the City Departments, the Police and many folks who
live in the City, | find that it is a little to broad and it is a little indistinct. | would like to indefinitely postpone
this and start again in January, my apologies. Thank you.

| completely respect that position and as I’ve said before, | am happy to work with you Alderman Schmidt
because | think that if we can narrow this down to certain and particular areas, | think that we can come up
with a pretty good Ordinance that satisfies what we are trying to do. So | appreciate that thank you.
