PETITION FOR STREET ACCEPTANCE
TO THE HONORABLE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF NASHUA
Pursuant to the Nashua Revised Ordinance, Chapter 19, Section 19-34, the undersigned requests that the
following described portion of:
Serenity Lane
to be accepted for public use and maintenance:
A certain parcel of land situated in the City of Nashua, County of Hillsborough, State of New Hampshire,
bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin on the westerly line of Legacy Drive at the southeast corner of the within
described parcel; thence
N74°05'27"W a distance of 110.00 feet to an iron pin, thence
N71°35’19"W a distance of 30.03 feet to a point on the easterly line of land of Barrington Village
Condominium Association (“Lot ‘B’ Map 56”): thence
N15°54’33”E along said line of Lot ‘8’ Map 56, also being the easterly terminus of an existing 50 foct
wide Utility and Access Easement, a distance of 50.00 feet to a point; thence
$71°35'19"E a distance of 30.03 feet to an iron pin; thence
$74°05'27’E a distance of 110.00 feet to as iron pin on the westerly line of Legacy drive; thence
$15°54’33”W by said line of Legacy Drive a distance of 50.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Meaning and intending to describe a portion of Serenity Lane as shown on plan entitled “Subdivision
Plan (Map ‘B’ Lot 57, Monis Farms Estates (Ext.), Serenity Lane, Nashua, New Hampshire”, Prepared
for/Record Owner: Etchstone Properties, Inc., dated 7 Oct 2015 with revisions through 1/26/16,
prepared by Hayner/Swanson, inc., recorded in the HCRD as Plan # 38863.
