Re: Contract for Capacity, Management, Operation and Maintenance (CMOM) Plan Implementation

Pursuant to NRO § 5-90 (E) which states that approval by the Finance Committee of a contract award in
excess of $1,000,000 shall be submitted to the full Board of Aldermen at its next regularly scheduled
meeting for final approval prior to award of the contract.

The Finance Committee approved and placed on file the notification of the award of the referenced contract
at their October 17, 2018 meeting. | am requesting the concurrence and approval of the full Board of
Aldermen for the award of the following contract:

Contract for Capacity, Management, Operation and Maintenance (CMOM) Plan Implementation — Included
is the Purchasing Manager’s Memo #19-080 regarding the award of this contract to the Finance Committee
dated October 11, 2018. This contract has a value of $2,600,000.
