$5,000 a year, then WHEN | win my case #16-cv-61 against The Town of Boscawen in N.H. Supreme Court case
#2018-0289 then others can claim "equal rights" to pay on;y 1/4 of current unlawful billing-s, of thus to only
$1,250 too, and that of to TRY to get at least one Town (or City) to "do" such an RSA 76:11-a, III statement of to
put this into the November Tax Bills that they have LEARNED since taking office to RSA 92:2 to Article 84 obey
ALL the laws (statutes AND constitution) that their Town Tax Warrant over to the Tax Collector was legal but
not lawful of asking that an unlawful amount be collected at the LOCAL level, that they will entertain as to
actually invite AND encourage ALL recipients of the bills to file an Abatement Application by the March 1st,
2019 filing deadline so that they can adjust to be correct in the lawful. Thus to really help those in "need" of in
that condition of like being converted to like being a tenant in a dulocracy to that of having the dignity again as
