Nashua Board of Aldermen granting approval of fees paid in 2007 being applied to all
permits requested to be re-issued for 8-45 Bennett Street in Nashua.
| have reviewed the staff time dedicated to this project for plan and documents reviews and
inspections performed and feel that no adjustment to the fee amounts to be applied are
necessary. All work performed to date by our office will not be repeated as the applicable
codes that review and inspections were conducted remain valid.
Therefore, | respectfully request that the Nashua Board of Aldermen grant the request of
Bennett — Prescott, LLC to apply all fees paid in 2007 in the amount of 26,476.50 to all re-
issued permits for 8-45 Bennett Street in Nashua.
