I did ask her how I can get an accounting of such federal funds to be used here IF this or these
project applications to there be approved and she said of to start at this Public Hearing and that
THEN of AFTER-wards they will be officially brought to her attention by either this in writing
of by you HEAR-ing such too as maybe what? transcribed? , and so my proposal is for you to put
in as an amendment to such application(s) that of that they show you the evidence of the Feds
having not obtained a portion of such $money / "federal funds" legally and lawfully and that
until such statutes and laws be corrected that of THEN you/ we then to accept such grants not
tainted as like taken as "blood money"!
