MOTION BY ALDERMAN CLEMONS TO ACCEPT, PLACE ON FILE AND AWARD THE CONTRACT TO
GILLIG, LLC, IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,966,832
ON THE QUESTION
Alderman Schoneman
As | looked at the back page of the communication it looks like this money is coming out of grant funds, is that
100% or is there a city match here? Secondly, when Mayor Lozeau was here last term we had a discussion
about the CNG program in general and my impression from her was that it’s not an economically viable plan
without subsidies.
President McCarthy
I’m not sure what subsidies you are referring to.
Alderman Schoneman
| just remember that it wasn’t economically viable without grant funds.
